Personal Training takes the guess work out of your exercise plan. Some of the goals we commonly help clients with include weight loss, increasing strength, improved balance, better endurance, and athletic development.

What to expect

Beginning your journey with a Personal Trainer always begins with defining your goals. From there, your current abilities, strengths, and weaknesses are assessed by your trainer. No two exercise programs are the same because they are personally tailored to you. Your trainer will develop a plan with you including frequency of in-person training sessions, homework sessions, and the expected duration for you to reach your goals. All of your training sessions at Elevate are 1-on-1 with our talented Personal Trainer and you will have full private use of our gym to yourself (and your trainer).
