Shelly Demmings
Massage Therapist
Shelly provides therapeutic massage for the treatment of a variety of injuries and conditions clients face. She has taken continuing education classes in fascial release, deep tissue massage, and cupping therapy. She works with every client by providing a variety of techniques to help achieve clients individualized goals.

Background
Shelly grew up in Oshawa where she competed in travel volleyball all over the province. She move to the Sarnia area in 1999 before completing Lambton College's Massage Therapy program in 2011. She has worked in both clinical and private care settings providing care for a variety of clients.
